Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects
• Create and modify CAD drawings
• Liaise with clients and team members
• Ensure timely project delivery
• Contribute to the design and execution of MEP, landscape, and water feature projects

About You

Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management, with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and oversee multiple projects effectively. Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear and productive collaboration. Familiarity with Interior Design and Architecture, with knowledge of integrating aesthetics into functional designs. Technical proficiency with CAD software for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain project accuracy and efficiency. Prior experience in MEP, landscaping, or water features projects is a strong advantage. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attend meetings and assist with project planning and coordination. Follow up on project progress, approvals, and outstanding actions. Assist with project scheduling and document control. Prepare professional presentations and visual concepts for clients. Support site teams with technical information and drawing revisions as required.
