Project Coordinator (Architectural)

About the Opportunity

As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating design drawings, reviewing project specifications, and supervising architectural works.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate design drawings with consultants
  • Review project specifications and construction drawings
  • Supervise architectural works and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Create and maintain project template files
  • Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission
  • Compile As-built drawings upon project completion
  • Coordinate Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
  • Check on-site architectural works
  • Attend to architectural materials submissions and reviews

About You

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction supervision
  • Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
  • Willingness to be based at the site office

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in construction supervision.
