About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Coordinator IV
Location: Remote - PST preferred
Duration: 9 months

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage processes, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Basic project management skills, effective at working with diverse teams.
  • Capable of identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Written and verbal communication; able to interface with technical staff and senior management, and collaborate across teams.

About You

Must-Have Skills:
Accounting or Finance experience is a must.
Background in finance, accounting, or chief of staff roles would be ideal.
Project Management Fundamentals.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Training & Mentoring - Experience coaching internal teams on processes and best practices.
Business Acumen - Understanding of business operations and strategy development.
Experience with Large Tech Firms or Consulting - Background in large technology or management consulting companies is valued.
