About the Opportunity

Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $80,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for project teams
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies and surface them to project leads
  • Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, Confluence, or SharePoint
  • Support resource planning and basic budget tracking
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a defined cadence

About You

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years coordinating projects in a structured environment
  • Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet)
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams across time zones
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, not a requirement
