We are a trusted recruitment partner supporting a leading international organization in hiring a Project Coordinator to join their regional team. This role is responsible for supporting service delivery operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating projects and operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure projects are executed according to timelines and quality standards.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation related to project activities and service performance.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Coordination, Operations, or Client Support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
