About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across cross-functional teams. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication, effective scheduling, and alignment of resources to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and structure.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication, monitor progress, and address potential bottlenecks.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support risk identification and issue resolution by proactively tracking dependencies and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall objectives.
