Responsibilities

• Play a key role in helping Suffolk residents live healthier lives
• Improve access to the NHS Health Check programme for those who stand to benefit most
• Identify under-served groups and areas where engagement can be strengthened
• Design and deliver tailored approaches to break down barriers to participation
• Evaluate impact and share best practices

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for Suffolk residents and enjoys working collaboratively with others.

• Experience in using data and information to inform decision-making
