Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation projects
  • Coordinate project governance, reporting, timelines, and stakeholder activities
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to structure and drive project outcomes
  • Assist with customer implementation and onboarding initiatives
  • Contribute to network transformation and automation projects
  • Identify risks and resolve issues in fast-paced, evolving environments

About You

You are a structured and adaptable Project Coordinator who thrives in complex operational environments and enjoys working on business improvement and transformation initiatives.

You can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Experience coordinating projects within logistics, supply chain, or complex operational environments
  • Exposure to business improvement, transformation, or customer implementation projects
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve challenges in dynamic, unplanned situations
  • Proven involvement across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and build alignment

Eligibility

You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
