Advisory leads on a number of large scale public sector contracts, including NHSPS, the DIO and HS2, which span multiple services areas and have varying requirements. The role of the Project Coordinator will be to support the delivery teams manage and deliver these contracts to ensure we meet and exceed the Client requirements. This is a crucial role in the management and execution of our complex public sector contracts The role requires a proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative.]

 

 

* Supporting the Lead Partner and act as a key point of contact for the delivery team and the Client, for our large-scale multi-disciplinary projects  

* Assist in the development of project initiation plans & contract mobilisation, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. 

* Create and maintain detailed project programmes and timelines. 

* Track actions and activities and coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. 

* Prepare and distribute regular project updates, status reports, and meeting minutes. 

* Facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are informed of project progress and any issues. 

* Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project’s success. 

* Work with the Lead Partner to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as well as escalating issues when needed 

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. 

* Ensure that the project adheres to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. 

* Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared. 

* Document key decisions and action items from meetings and follow up on their execution. 

* Support billing and invoicing 

 

* Strong communication skills 

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail  

* Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and under pressure  

* Proactive/forward thinking and self-motivated 

* Enthusiastic and creative 

* Ability to maintain good relationships with other departments in the firm 

* Excellent IT skills, highly proficient users of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.  

* Reliable and trustworthy with good time keeping and punctuality; 

* Discretion and tact in dealing with clients, partners and staff at all levels;  

* Capable of working as an integral part of a team; 

* Commercially aware and interested in property market and specific team mandates
