Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Technimove is currently looking for multiple Project Coordinators to join the Projects & Programs team. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy and management of Technimove’s project data within our Kantata platform. This is a key role within the Project Management team, ensuring that all work packages and small projects are updated in real-time.

You will be responsible for maintaining the project environment, ensuring that activities are delivered on time and within budget through rigorous data management and consistent project governance. In addition to supporting senior staff, you will take full end-to-end ownership for the delivery of small-scale projects, including Professional Services engagements of up to 15 days and Migration projects of up to 50 devices.

Eligibility

Certifications:

• Essential: PRINCE2® Foundation
• Desirable:
  • Qualifications from APM (PFQ), BCS (IS Project Management), or AgilePM
  • CompTIA Project+ certification or experience in an MSP/IT Infrastructure environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Experience in data entry and system accuracy
• Experience supporting large-scale projects or managing smaller work packages/streams
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
