Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Raising and managing work permits
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Preparing and ensuring schedule work is ready for issuance
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Resolving issues as they arise

About You

Qualifications:

  • Project coordination and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Traffic Management, Tree Services, and/or Civil Engineering (advantageous)
  • Streetworks and permitting knowledge (advantageous)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role (desirable)
