Project Coordinator – 12 Month FTC

About the Opportunity

The Global Finance Transformation Programme is a broad programme aimed at addressing necessary elevations as Flutter transitions into a US-SEC ecosystem and enabling future growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the activities, scheduling of workshops, and meetings across multiple internal partners
• Prepare and present regular project status reports
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Facilitate regular communication and updates to partners on project status
• Input to and align with Polaris Program Governance
• Provide operational support as necessary to the wider PMO team
• Own access management across key apps for program team
• Work with Senior Finance Partner on the preparation and receipting of invoices

About You

• Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Communication: Clear and concise interpersonal skills to update and advise partners at different levels.
• Strong communicator both written and verbally
• Highly organized and structured
• Ability to liaise with internal partners at all levels and across workstream boundaries
• Results driven and proactive
• Outcome-focused with ability to overcome obstacles, consistently deliver to deadlines and work at pace while retaining high standards
• Versatile with drive and confidence to optimally deliver in a complex and changing environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with Visio being desirable
