Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.
  • Liaise directly with clients to support project delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Manage the collation, formatting, and distribution of project documents.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support the onboarding of new matters and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and embed streamlined processes that enhance client service delivery.

About You

We are looking for:

  • Experience in a paralegal, project coordination, or legal operations role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Demonstrable interest in legal technology and process improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build positive client and internal relationships with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
