Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role by providing assistance to ensure timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the day-to-day project administration in line with company and contract requirements including project set up, cost control, reporting, and documentation management.
- Communicate project progress and any concerns in a timely fashion, escalating to Project Managers as required.
- Work with the project team to manage customer relationships, ensuring a continued relationship with SAGE.
About You
Skills & Experience
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
- Ideally have a Cert. IV or Diploma in Project Management.
- Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in project-based roles within engineering, automation, or similar industry sectors.
- Have exceptional attention to detail when it comes to project administration with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management to meet key project deadlines.
- Be capable of delivering clear concise communications effectively, both written and verbal.
