Responsibilities

  • Assisting Project Managers with administrative duties.
  • Processing orders, including data entry and paperwork.
  • Working closely within a team to help deliver a project.
  • Respond to queries/requests on behalf of LivGreen.
  • Prepare figures and reports for management team as required.
  • Update internal databases as required.
  • Ensure supplies are in stock and place orders with purchasing team (PPE, Stationary, Materials)
  • Additional administration duties as required.

Eligibility

  • Experience in a project-based environment, taking a project from cradle to grave.
  • Excellent coordination & organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Relationship building/Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail
  • A good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage workload effectively
  • Able to work well within a team
