About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and assist with project coordination and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project team in handling tenders and quotations
- Prepare ironmongery schedules for assigned projects
- Coordinate the permanent key and master key handover to users on site
- Work with the project sales team to update bills of quantities and assist in project scheduling
- Collaborate with the logistics support team to ensure timely deliveries
- Help the finance department with customer payment follow-ups
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to enhance customer service levels
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and competently
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the company
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Diploma or professional certification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
