Summary

As a Project Co-ordinator you will be working as part of a growing in-house production team, providing project and administration support for all events within EMEA region (including exhibitions and experiential). You will be assigned to specific jobs and have the opportunity to see projects through from pitch-concept to full delivery and post event reporting.

This position will support our EMEA Production team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office one day a week (typically Wednesdays) at our London location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Assists members of the Production Team with tenders, pitches, and LIVE projects.
* Contributes to brainstorming discussions.
* Manages web-based communication tools on live projects.
* Develops a good understanding of systems and processes.
* Assists the production team with co-ordinating internal meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and post event reports.
* Supports booking and co-ordinating travel, international flights, accommodations, etc.
* Actively participate in project, weekly team, and client meetings.
* Research, source and manage suppliers and ensure contractors and suppliers have been vetted and approved through Freeman policies and procedures prior to engagement.
* Maintains consistent and thorough communications with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Maintains confidential and sensitive information, files, correspondence, and records.
* Financial administration, budget support, and PO raising and issuing.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

* Experience working as an administrator or co-ordinator, preferably within an agency environment.
* Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Communicates with confidence, able to effectively present information.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Great drive and ambition.
* Pragmatic and calm under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
