• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental specialists
• Oversee site activities in live water environments, ensuring robust control of construction and commissioning risks
• Manage contracts using NEC and FIDIC forms, ensuring commercial and financial success
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels

About You

• Proven track record in managing hydropower or renewable energy projects
• Experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills
• Demonstrable expertise in risk management and project controls
• SMSTS, SSSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely certification and excellent leadership abilities
