About The Role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. As Portfolio Manager – Sustainable Investment Private Markets, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping sustainability across Australian Retirement Trust’s private markets portfolio, focusing on infrastructure.

Day To Day, You'll

• Lead sustainable investment integration across infrastructure.
• Engage external infrastructure managers to drive sustainability-led value creation.
• Integrate climate-related requirements into infrastructure portfolios.
• Contribute to ESG data collection, analysis, and insights.
• Report on the effectiveness of private market integration and stewardship activities.

This role is a permanent opportunity.

Location: Sydney or Brisbane.

About You

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative solutions.

• Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, or economics.
• Bring relevant experience in sustainability, responsible investment, financial services, or consulting.
• Working knowledge of sustainable investment topics and frameworks.
• Proven research and analytical skills.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders and negotiating outcomes.
• Clear and persuasive communicator.
• Commercially savvy and comfortable reviewing legal documents.
