Responsibilities

• Design and refresh AAT’s membership categories and pathways
• Lead on product innovation for future readiness
• Develop and execute membership product portfolio strategy
• Ensure compliance and alignment with organizational strategy
• Utilize insights and competitor analysis for driving innovation
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member recognition
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize outcomes
• Provide leadership and guidance to Product Managers

About You

• Extensive experience in designing and refreshing membership categories
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and professional standards
• Proven experience in product strategy and lifecycle management
• Ability to plan and manage complex projects and budgets
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrable leadership experience with a strong customer focus
