About the Opportunity
The role of a Portfolio Manager at ServiceNow Impact involves shaping and scaling accelerator portfolios to drive customer success in their digital transformation journeys on the Now Platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a portfolio of Impact accelerators across ServiceNow technical domains
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Launch and support the delivery of accelerators
- Create consultative partnerships
- Provide thought leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Explore innovative technologies
- Analyze problems and develop solutions

- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- Proficiency with multiple product suites on the Now Platform
