Portfolio Manager - Insurance Events
£60,000–£70,000 Base + Profit Share
Fully Remote
Responsibilities
- Spot emerging industry trends
- Refresh and strengthen existing event propositions
- Secure senior-level speakers
- Ensure conferences remain relevant and engaging
- Nurture and mature existing portfolio
- Identify new revenue streams
- Lead a team of producers
About You
Profile Required: Portfolio Manager - Insurance Events
- 6+ years’ experience in conference production
- 2+ years’ experience managing and developing Conference Producers
- Experience within insurance, banking, or wider financial services sectors
- Exceptional research, agenda development, and speaker acquisition skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exposure to awards programmes a plus
