Responsibilities

  • Lead securitised credit underwriting, research, and stock selection across public and private portfolios, including RMBS, ABS, and warehouse structures.
  • Expand credit coverage beyond securitised assets, including financials, corporates, and kangaroo issuers, contributing to portfolio construction and macro credit views.
  • Evolve and strengthen the public market credit research and relative value investment process supporting internal portfolios.
  • Originate, execute, and manage new investments, maintaining deep relationships with issuers, originators, and brokers.
  • Build and lead a small team of analysts, embedding strong research standards, mentoring capability, and a robust risk culture.

Eligibility

15+ years' experience in credit analysis and/or credit portfolio management across multiple public and private debt sectors. Deep expertise in structured credit, with proven experience across both public markets (RMBS/ABS) and private market structures. Strong relative value, stock selection, and portfolio construction capability, underpinned by sound quantitative and modeling skills. Demonstrated ability to lead transactions, negotiate structures, and engage confidently in primary and secondary markets. Proven leader with a track record of building scalable, repeatable credit research processes and developing high-performing teams. You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
