Portfolio Manager, Card and Lending

About the Opportunity

Mox is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Portfolio Manager to drive the financial performance and operational efficiency of the credit card and lending portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure of card and lending products and possess exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Performance Management: Monitor, track, and analyze the financial performance of the credit cards and lending portfolio.
• Driver Analysis & Modeling: Develop robust models linking key business drivers to financial outcomes.
• Optimization Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives focused on enhancing portfolio profitability and efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Transform raw data into clear, compelling narratives and reports for executive leadership.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience in portfolio management within the credit card or lending industry. Strong technical understanding of credit cards and lending business lifecycle is required.

Eligibility

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, and the ability to solve unstructured problems are essential. Proficiency in Chinese and English languages is required.
