Responsibilities

  • Provide industry leading platform and compliance support to help brokers save time, diversify their business and stay safe.
  • Identify opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings.
  • Complete Annual Business Snapshot with all Agreement Holders (Members).
  • Drive broker engagement via training sessions on various topics.
  • Recruit new Agreement Holders into the flat fee model.
  • Attend events and participate in Professional Development.

About You

You will be a hands-on contributor that drives solutions and opportunities across the Group. Have high attention to detail and ability to learn new technology. Be commercially focused and have a strategic outlook for growth of the Group. Be a clear communicator, with the ability to push back and persist. Be a team player, looks to share successes and takes responsibility for issues. Be a cross-functional leader - boundaryless in approach and collective approach to Group success.
