About the Opportunity

Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Department: Global Occupier Services

Location: Birmingham / London

Responsibilities

• Provide full property management services to occupier clients
• Collaborate with other skill lines across the Cushman & Wakefield group
• Ensure cost-effective operational running of client portfolio/region
• Liaison with clients and 3rd parties for uninterrupted use of client premises
• Identify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiers
• Monitor income collection and tenant liaison for sublet properties
• Manage exit strategies for properties being vacated
• Provide strategic advice to clients on lease events
• Ensure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage and liaise with other Cushman & Wakefield teams and professionals
• Direct and frequent client contact and reporting

About You

Qualifications:

• Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent desired
• Membership of RICS desired but not essential

Knowledge & Experience:

• 2 years relevant commercial property experience
• Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
• Demonstrable technical competence in property management
• Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)
• Working knowledge of industry-specific packages preferred (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)
