We're growing our team and looking for a driven Portfolio Manager to join us.What You'll DoManage and grow a portfolio of investor clients, understanding their goals and matching them to suitable projects and developersAdvise clients on market trends, developer track records, ROI potential, and payment plan structuresGuide clients through the full investment journey — from initial consultation to deal closure and after-sales supportBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsStay current on Dubai's real estate market, new project launches, and developer performanceMeet and exceed sales targets tied to commission structureWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in real estate sales(6 months to 1 year ), portfolio management, or client-facing investment advisory (Dubai market experience a strong plus)Fluency in English and Hindi required — you'll be working closely with our Hindi-speaking client baseStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetComfortable working toward sales targets in a commission-based structureBased in dubai Compensation & BenefitsBase salary (fixed monthly) — competitive, based on experienceCommission on closed deals, uncapped — top performers earn significantly above baseAccess to Niwas Properties' developer network and client pipelineGrowth path into senior portfolio management as your book of business grows
