Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a portfolio of residential developments seeking support through the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee.
• Work closely with developers, legal advisors, valuers, and internal stakeholders to evaluate applications, monitor commitments, and optimize portfolio outcomes.
• Combine property, finance, application assessment, and stakeholder management expertise to support the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee program.
• Report on assessment outcomes and manage complex transactions, projects, or portfolios.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations.

About You

Experience: Application assessment, property, development, portfolio management, finance, valuation, or related sectors.

Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and assessment capabilities. Excellent written communication skills. Sound judgement and ability to make evidence-based recommendations. Collaborative approach and passion for delivering outcomes that benefit communities. Experience working with project monitoring tools and reporting dashboards.
