About the Opportunity

One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a part-time Portfolio Manager (Training and Workshop) - EL2.

Responsibilities

  • Review curriculum content and become familiar with the program’s learning objectives and policy content
  • Engage in required preparation activities for each scheduled program
  • Facilitate and deliver each scheduled two-day program in-person in Canberra

About You

  • Experience facilitating training and/or workshops for a Senior Executive audience
  • Experience with executive governance boards for large digital transformation programs in an Australian Government setting
  • Capability in familiarizing yourself with various policies, theoretical content, and other learning materials

Eligibility

You must have Baseline Security Clearance or above.

Benefits

Working Arrangement – 20 hours a week, part-time.

About Company

The Co-Facilitator will bring strong leadership facilitation skills, project governance expertise, and digital experience to support the delivery of the 2-day, in-person course. Curriculum and content will be provided by the Department with Department resources also assisting at each event to support facilitation.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience facilitating training and/or workshops for a Senior Executive audience
  • Experience engaging with or advising executive governance boards for large and complex digital transformation programs
  • Effective and strategic communicator with experience communicating and influencing senior executives
