About the Opportunity

A rare chance to lead the management of one of Australia's largest premium industrial portfolios across NSW. You'll own the full management mandate for a major institutional client while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational management of a premium industrial portfolio
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, and heads of agreement
  • Manage budgets, outgoings reconciliations, and monthly client reporting
  • Oversee capital works planning and Capex approvals
  • Build strong tenant relationships and serve as the key escalation point
  • Mentor and manage a Property Manager and Property Services Manager

About You

10+ years in commercial property, with at least 5 in industrial assets. Solid financial acumen including budgeting, accrual accounting, outgoings. Proven people leader with institutional client management experience.

Eligibility

Base Salary: $190k Inc Super
