KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plays a critical role in defining the Business Transformation strategy of the BG/Market/Function including selection of targets and priority setting between programs when needed.Manages portfolio of E2E Transformations and PBS/E2E deployment projects and is capable of having an overview of all transformations being deployed into B/M/F.Establishes a culture of Continuous Improvement by applying the Philips Excellence tools (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Kaizens, etc.) and ensures that business transformation is sustainable.Enables and coaches the performance improvements of the top priority business targets as determined by the BG, Market or Function Leadership Team.Builds and manages a pipeline

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
