Location: Pymble, NSW

Salary: Band 9 with TRP Range $188,189.42 - $224,157.65 (package includes super & car)

Work Type: Full Time, Permanent

Public Sector People is proud to partner with Ku-ring-gai Council to recruit a results-driven and collaborative Manager Project Services. This position leads the delivery of a wide range of community infrastructure projects across civil, landscape and building domains.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering capital works projects from concept to completionManage all phases of project planning, design and constructionOversee contract management, procurement and complianceEnsure stakeholder engagement and community consultationMonitor and report on project timelines, budget and performance

You’ll Bring:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or relatedExtensive experience delivering large-scale public infrastructure projectsStrong commercial acumen in contract administration and governanceProven team leadership and interdepartmental collaboration skillsAbility to drive innovation and support “Smart City” integration
