Responsibilities

  • Support the LPM team and lawyers in managing matters
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams or between internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing relevant legal technologies on matters
  • Take ownership of and coordinating smaller discreet projects and Legal Project Management tasks
  • Analyse and manipulate data sets using bespoke software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI
  • Assist with other special projects as needed

About You

  • Ideally educated to a Bachelor’s degree level
  • Experience in a law firm and/or project management is desirable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills advantageous
