As a Senior Consultant at Pace XL, you will lead critical IT projects within a high-profile merger integration program for a global law firm. Focusing on 'Business of Law' applications like HRIS, CRM, and billing systems, you’ll navigate complex legal workflows and manage senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless multi-year transition.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of Business of Law application projects, including HRIS, CRM, and intranet systems, ensuring robust governance and documentation.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders, including Partners and C-suite executives.
• Lead change management and communication efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery across the firm.

The ideal candidate

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience within a law firm or professional services environment, including formal PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business of Law workflows, regulatory obligations, and systems integration across billing, CRM, or document management platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in PPM tooling like MS Project or Monday.com, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership.
