Junior Project Manager – Construction/Highways/Streetworks

About the Company:

Our client, a leader in digital signage and intelligent street furniture, offers exciting opportunities for driven Junior Project Managers in the transport, retail, smart city, and telecom sectors.

About the Role:

Based in Hayes, Middlesex, you’ll oversee contracts and projects in construction, highways, and streetworks. This includes managing civils, street works teams, and administration staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contract Management: Plan, organize, and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and contract compliance.
* Client Relations: Maintain client focus, negotiate with stakeholders, and lead technical/commercial meetings.
* Budget Control: Monitor contract costs, manage P&L, and liaise with procurement.
* Estimating & Scheduling: Administer contracts, submit valuations, and coordinate with production teams.
* People Management: Lead and engage a high-performing team, ensuring quality and safety.

Who We’re Looking For:

* Strong decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Results-driven, detail-oriented, and commercially astute.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

* Mandatory: GCSE English and Maths, Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Preferred: HNC/HND/BSc/MSc in engineering or construction, project management experience, valid Cat B Driving License.
