Join our team as an Innovation Project Coordinator to lead the Project PEDAL, an innovative initiative focused on tackling harmful algal blooms through cutting-edge technology and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PEDAL project from planning to execution
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project progress and risks
• Share insights and outcomes across the organization and industry

About You

We are looking for someone with strong project delivery skills, a passion for innovation, and collaboration.

Eligibility

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in project management
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
• Experience in innovation projects or programs
• Knowledge of water quality or environmental science

Other Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
