About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Cloud IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, while keeping track of key milestones, risks, and resources. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate communication and project alignment.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients.
  • Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Help maintain SharePoint file documentation and create relevant document repositories for projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams for up-to-date information pertaining to their projects and ensure timelines are updated accordingly.

About You

What You Need To Succeed

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
  • High proficiency in English (fluency required); other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
  • Outgoing personality and a proactive, “get-go” attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.
