Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management & Implementation: Work alongside Portfolio Managers to oversee daily deliverables, focusing on the integration of quantitative portfolio construction and signals.
  • Systematization of Workflows: Collaborate with engineers and strats to enhance the fixed income ETF infrastructure. This includes modernizing order workflows, contributing to the scalability and ensuring the resilience of the platform.
  • Primary Market & Optimization: Facilitate ETF creation and redemption activity. Collaborate with capital markets teams and market makers to enhance the primary market process, focusing on improving market quality and executing repeatable creation and redemption workflows.
  • Product & Stakeholder Support: Act as a liaison between distribution channels, product and investment teams. Provide technical insights around Fixed Income ETFs, internal training.

About You

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: The candidate must be able to leverage Python to automate manual processes, and contribute to the development of the team’s quantitative infrastructure.
  • Quantitative & Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data sets, including liquidity scores and valuation metrics. Prior experience with quantitative portfolio construction or optimization is preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: A strong passion for asset management and capital markets. Familiarity with fixed income instruments and the ETF ecosystem (primary and secondary markets) is a plus.
  • Professional Attributes: A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. CFA or working towards CFA qualification is a plus.
