Fund Portfolio Manager – ICPF Sydney | Institutional Office Platform

Redpath Partners is proud to be partnering with Investa to appoint a Portfolio Manager within their flagship ICPF (Investa Commercial Property Fund) platform. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile institutional office portfolio, driving strategy, performance, and value creation across one of Australia’s most respected core funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and performance across the ICPF platform
• Drive income growth, leasing outcomes, and capital initiatives
• Oversee business planning, budgeting, and investor reporting
• Work closely with asset management, development, and capital teams
• Engage directly with capital partners and key stakeholders

About You

You will bring strong institutional real estate experience with the capability to operate at a portfolio leadership level. Experience in portfolio or senior asset management within institutional real estate, strong financial, strategic, and commercial capability, proven track record managing office or core/core-plus assets, confidence engaging with investors and senior stakeholders, highly collaborative with the ability to influence across teams.
