Frontend Developer & Project Coordinator

We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer who will also take on project coordination responsibilities. This hybrid role combines technical execution with project delivery, ensuring that web projects are developed efficiently and delivered on time. We are also seeking someone who is interested in expanding their skill set by learning backend development, with opportunities to grow into a more full-stack role over time.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development (50%)
  • Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive interfaces
  • Work with CMS platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus)
  • Support deployment and hosting workflows (e.g., Vercel, basic AWS usage)
  • Collaborate with backend developers where needed (Node.js or Python environments)
• Project Coordination (50%)
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
  • Gather and translate business requirements into development tasks
  • Track progress and manage risks/issues
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects

Eligibility

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of frontend development experience
• Proficiency in Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with CMS platforms (AEM is an advantage)
• Exposure to deployment platforms such as Vercel and/or cloud platforms like AWS
• Basic familiarity with Node.js or Python
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle both technical and coordination responsibilities

Advantageous to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience deploying applications via Vercel
• Working knowledge of Node.js or Python for backend integration
• Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
