Ideally 7+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and developing strategic relationships with sophisticated institutional asset owners, consultants and gatekeepers. Robust capability to deliver in-depth transparency for investment process, strategy viewpoints and portfolio positioning, with a refined and flexible ability to contextualize within a global macroeconomic framework. Multi-dimensional knowledge of global and regional fixed income markets, including delineated rates and credit understanding. Broad written, verbal and client-facing investment communication skills, with the capability to effectively tailor engagement across a range of investment knowledge and understanding. Demonstrated history of proactively and effectively engaging across multiple teams of organizational stakeholders in collaborative partnership. Desire and capability to travel extensively, with a particular focus on Europe and the Americas. Pan-European language skills very positively viewed.
