Fit Out Project Manager

About This Role

Our client, a renowned Tier 2 commercial builder, are looking for a Project Manager to join their Successful Fit Out team. Project values will range from $5m - $100m, therefore High Value Project experience is required!

You will work with a high performing, success driven team to lead and deliver a variety of Fit Out / Refurb projects across various industries including; Office, Healthcare, Social Housing, Hospitality etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related (Required)5 + years of Project Management experience within the Commercial Construction Sector (Required).Experience managing Commercial Fit Out Projects $25m+ (Required)Takes a proactive approach to safety with a strong understanding of HSE requirements.Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.Maintaining a great culture is essential so you are ideally friendly, approachable and a team player.
