Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Finance change portfolio structure
  • Support investment and prioritisation decisions
  • Lead portfolio level assurance activities
  • Own and operate the Finance Change Forum
  • Create a comprehensive maturity model for the organisation's change capability

About You

5+ years of strong experience in project/program/portfolio management in relation to life insurance industry. Demonstrated understanding of various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), project/program lifecycles, dependencies and organisational capacity planning. Proven ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across Finance and Enterprise.
