TSS ensures the equipment our customers use to keep their employees and products safe is in full working order. We are the leading provider of testing and certification services for cleanrooms, fume hoods, biological safety cabinets, and other controlled environment equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
  • Support in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with project teams to execute tasks according to the plan.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones.
  • Coordinate activities and communication among team members.
  • Maintain project documentation and generate progress reports.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Produce risk assessments and method statements.
  • Generate quotations for new opportunities and review proposals.

About You

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. You will use project management methodologies, tools, and techniques while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, program, and budget constraints.

Eligibility

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of previous work experience in project management, HVAC, or construction fields.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) desirable.

Job Specific Requirements: Full UK driving License, Regular criminal records check required for client sites.
