The main purpose of the Facilities and Projects Manager role is to oversee all reactive and preventative maintenance, and support property-related projects - including new clinic and office setups - across Australia and New Zealand, in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and budgetary support to the Head of Group Property and contribute to annual property budget planning and reporting. Manage all reactive and preventative maintenance across retail and commercial sites in ANZ, ensuring statutory compliance and prompt resolution through the service desk system. Coordinate relocations and procurement, including clinic moves, hearing booth setups, and general property-related purchases. Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships, liaising with contractors, internal teams, landlords, and service providers to meet business needs. Oversee utilities and property operations, including contract management, invoice processing, emergencies, insurance claims, and Sound Level Meter calibrations.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

Minimum 5 years’ facilities management experience, preferably in a multisite retail setting. Strong knowledge of building practices, cost management, architectural design, and mechanical/engineering systems, including vendor engagement. Familiarity with property laws, local council licensing, and permit processes. Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting for property and facilities operations. Working knowledge of tools such as Lease Eagle, Basware, and Trello is preferred.
