About LioncodeLioncode is an IT and software company delivering modern digital solutions and technology services to businesses across different industries.As part of our growth and involvement in European-funded initiatives, we are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented EU Project Coordinator who will support the coordination, implementation and successful delivery of European projects.We are looking for someone who understands that managing an EU-funded project is not only about following deadlines and preparing reports, but about understanding the project objectives, coordinating partners, monitoring activities and deliverables, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring that the project progresses according to its contractual and operational requirements. The RoleThe position combines EU Project Coordination, Partner Communication, Reporting, Administrative Management and Project Implementation. The EU Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, project partners, research organisations, universities, public bodies and other stakeholders involved in European projects.The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.We are looking for a proactive person who can take ownership of their responsibilities, anticipate project needs, follow up consistently and contribute actively to the successful implementation of each project. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and day-to-day management of EU-funded projects.Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables and contractual obligations.Coordinate communication with project partners, consortium members and external stakeholders.Organise and participate in project meetings, online calls, workshops and consortium meetings.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action points and follow-up activities.Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and follow up with partners and internal teams.Support the preparation and submission of project deliverables, reports and supporting documentation.Contribute to technical, progress and periodic reporting activities.Maintain organised and accurate project documentation and records.Monitor project deadlines and ensure that required information and deliverables are submitted on time.Support the collection of information, results, KPIs and documentation from project partners.Coordinate internally with technical, management, financial, communication and other teams involved in project implementation.Support project dissemination, communication and exploitation activities in collaboration with the relevant teams.Assist with the organisation of project events, workshops, meetings and dissemination activities.Monitor project-related risks, delays and pending actions and escalate issues when necessary.Support compliance with project requirements, procedures and funding programme guidelines.Assist with project amendments, documentation requests and communication with coordinators or funding authorities when required.Contribute to the preparation of new European project proposals and funding applications.Support the identification of relevant EU funding opportunities and potential project partnerships.Help improve internal processes and tools for the effective management of European projects. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Informatics or a related field.Previous experience in European-funded projects, project coordination, project administration or a similar role.Familiarity with EU funding programmes and collaborative European projects will be considered a strong advantage.Experience with programmes such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg or similar European funding schemes will be considered an advantage.Good understanding of project management principles, deadlines, deliverables and reporting requirements.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured documentation.Ability to communicate effectively with international partners and multidisciplinary teams.Proactive approach to problem-solving and project follow-up.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Strong sense of accountability, reliability and ownership.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and collaboration tools.Experience with EU project management platforms, reporting systems or funding portals will be considered an advantage.
