Engineering Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

The Engineering Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the engineering leadership teams at GE Vernova. This role involves supporting the development of technical documents, coordinating engineering meetings, and acting as a liaison between internal and external engineering partners.

Responsibilities

  • Report solid line to the Manager Project Engineering
  • Responsible for onboarding, training, and oversight of contract project coordinators
  • Provide assignment of tasks to contract project coordinators
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Support commercial and marketing opportunities
  • Protect GE Vernova's Intellectual Property rights
  • Support process improvement and simplification
  • Ensure adherence to nuclear safety and compliance standards

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe software

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical writing experience
  • Experience as a liaison between organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple demands
