The Deputy Project Director serves as a key advisor to the Project Director, responsible for strategic direction and technical oversight at the Jhpiego country office. Providing guidance and technical expertise, the Deputy Project Director ensures the development of inclusive operational plans aligned with government priorities.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of six years experience in managing complex projects in developing countries
- Experience with USG funded programs and strategic information roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office applications
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Communication, Business Administration or local equivalent is required. Clinical degree preferred. A minimum of six (6) years of mid-to-senior level experience in designing, implementing or managing large, complex projects in developing countries and working with international public health or development programs is required. This must include at least one year experience implementing USG funded assistance program, projects, including strategic information and communication roles.
