Delivery Manager- Software/Pharma/ Clinical Trial

They're leaders in R and Shiny, building data applications for all sorts of companies. Their mission is to improve society and the environment.
They need a talented Delivery Manager to spearhead impactful projects, particularly within the Pharma and BioTech sectors, with a strong focus on clinical trials. You'll be the go-to person for successful project delivery, making sure clients are happy and seeing real value, while also keeping your team engaged and contributing to the company's overall success.
Your responsibilities will span guiding clients, advising on releases, challenging plans for optimal outcomes, managing risks, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction. Building strong, long-term relationships through proactive support and insights is key. You'll also manage a team, offering career support, and might step in as a Project/Product Manager when needed.
They're looking for 4+ years of relevant experience (or top-tier consulting), solid domain knowledge in areas like molecular biology, bioinformatics, and clinical trial data standards, plus a proven history of successful Pharma/BioTech project delivery. Experience in client relations, understanding web development, and mentoring are beneficial. Strong communication, a proactive approach, and comfort with European/US time zones are essential.
Within the first three months, you'll manage a project and a small team, getting to grips with their ways of working through workshops, training, and mentorship. By the six-month mark, you'll be leading more projects and a larger team, contributing to internal processes, and continuing your professional growth with ongoing support.
