Data Centre Project Director - EMEA About the role You’ll own delivery of Optronix’s largest, most complex data centre programmes across the UK and EMEA — leading multi-site builds, fit-outs and migrations from win through to handover, and owning the client relationship and commercial outcome end to end.What you’ll own P&L and commercial performance of a portfolio of mission-critical projectsSenior, exec-level client relationships — trusted advisor through deliveryLeading and mentoring a team of project managers and site teamsProgramme governance, risk, schedule and quality across concurrent sitesSafety leadership (CDM) and compliance across all works What we’re looking for 15+ years’ project/programme management, 8+ in mission-critical / data centre deliveryProven hyperscale and/or colocation delivery at multi-million-pound scaleStrong grasp of M&E, white-space fit-out and structured cablingCommercial acumen — contracts, margin, change controlA decisive, calm, client-facing leader who sets the standard under pressureEligible for UK SC clearance; willing to travel across EMEA Nice to have PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or RICSEMEA delivery experience and/or additional languages What we offer Stock options availableCompetitive salary + car allowance + performance bonusThe backing and stability of the GS GroupGenuine ownership of flagship projects, with a team that delivers end to end
